X-Car Rentals is a complete, production-ready platform for running a modern car-rental and mobility business online. It combines a branded customer website, a powerful admin dashboard, dedicated customer, fleet-owner and driver dashboards, a versioned REST API, and a native mobile app — all sharing one database in real time.
It is built for car-rental companies, luxury and VIP hire brands, chauffeur services, airport-transfer operators, fleet owners and investors, corporate transport providers, dealerships and mobility startups — letting a business take bookings and payments around the clock while running its entire operation from one place.
Customers browse the fleet by category (Economy, Executive, SUV, Luxury, Wedding Cars and Corporate Fleet), see full vehicle details, get instant transparent quotes, and book self-drive or with a professional chauffeur — by the hour, day, week or month. Payments are handled securely through Paystack, manual bank transfer or a built-in customer wallet.
Beyond rentals, the platform runs a car-sales marketplace and a "sell your car" service, a fleet-owner programme where vehicle owners list cars and earn a tracked share of the income, and a driver portal for availability and trip management. Promo codes, reviews and ratings, in-app support chat, and WhatsApp / click-to-call are built in.
The Filament admin dashboard manages vehicles, bookings, payments, customers, fleet vehicles and payouts, promotions, car sales, support conversations, FAQs and content. Everything is fully white-label — brand name, logo, colours, contact details, social links, payment details and SEO are configured from Site Settings with no code editing. A native Flutter mobile app extends the full experience to Android and iOS for customers, drivers and fleet owners, with Firebase push notifications.
The package ships with a safe, read-only Demo Mode so the platform can be previewed without any risk of changing data.
How It Works
1. Browse & discover — a customer visits the branded website or mobile app and browses the vehicle catalogue, filtering by category, price and availability.
2. View & quote — they open a vehicle's detail page to see photos, specifications and terms, choose dates and self-drive or chauffeur, and get an instant, transparent price from the booking pricing service.
3. Book — they confirm the reservation (hourly, daily, weekly or monthly), optionally applying a promo code.
4. Pay — payment is collected securely via Paystack, manual bank transfer or the in-app wallet, and every transaction is recorded.
5. Fulfil — staff confirm the booking and, for chauffeur trips, assign an available driver; the customer tracks status from their dashboard and receives notifications, including mobile push.
6. Manage — admins and managers run the whole operation from the Filament dashboard: vehicles, bookings, payments, customers, promotions, car sales and content.
7. Earn — fleet owners track their listed vehicles and payout history, while drivers manage availability and assigned trips.
8. Grow — promotions, reviews, support chat and SEO controls help convert visitors and retain customers, all under a fully branded identity.
